All patrons who purchased tickets on 16 Sep 2018 (Sun) are welcome to attend the rescheduled date on 27 March 2019 (Wed) at 8pm with the original hard tickets at the door for entry, or apply a full refund subject to the following refund procedure.

a) Please bring along the tickets to the HK Ticketing Box Office at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre during business hours from 13 October 2018 to 12 November 2018 to process a refund.
b) Business Hours: Monday - Saturday, 11am - 7pm and closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
c) A full refund will be automatically re-deposited to the same Credit Card account used for ticket purchase within 30 working days upon submission of a completed Refund Application Form and event ticket(s).
d) Any Credit Card Refund request received after 12 November 2018 will not be processed.
