Jimmy Carr Refund Information - Hong Kong

25 Aug (Thu) at 8pm / 9 Sept (Fri) at 8pm

Ticket holders who purchased via HK Ticketing Channels may choose to:

1. Present the original hard tickets at the door for entry to the above captioned performance in September 2016.

OR

2. Request a full refund with the following arrangement.

 

Tickets Purchased by Cash, please refer to below (a) to (d)

If ticket holders would like to request refund, please

(a) Please bring along the tickets to the HK Ticketing Box Office at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre during business hours from now to 31 August 2016 to process a refund.

(b) Business Hours: Monday - Saturday, 11am - 7pm and closed on Sundays and Public Holidays

(c) An immediate full refund in cash will be made at the Box Office counter upon submission of a completed Refund Application Form and event ticket(s). The ticket holders must sign to acknowledge receipt of the refund.

(d) Any Cash Refund requests received after 1 September 2016 will not be processed.

Tickets Purchased by Credit Card, please refer to below (e) to (h)

(e) Please bring along the tickets to the HK Ticketing Box Office at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre during business hours from now to 31 August 2016 to process a refund.

(f) Business Hours: Monday - Saturday, 11am - 7pm and closed on Sundays and Public Holidays

(g) A full refund will be automatically re-deposited to the same Credit Card account used for ticket purchase within 30 days upon submission of a completed Refund Application Form and event ticket(s).

(h) Any Credit Card Refund request received after 1 September 2016 will not be processed.

Overseas Client who Purchased Tickets by Credit Card, please courier the tickets to below address to process a refund:

Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm and closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

 

Remarks:

  • Tickets must arrive on or before 31 August 2016. Any Credit Card Refund request received after 1 September 2016 will not be processed.

  • Please keep your tickets in good conditions. Refund request will not be accepted if tickets are lost, damaged, defaced or purchased from any party other than Hong Kong Ticketing and the authorised agents.

  • Hong Kong Ticketing will not be responsible for any loss due to any delivery issue.
