There were many moments that made us wonder if we were on The Truman Show and the circumstances leading to the current presidential elect, were indeed surreal. Saturday Night Live’s (SNL) ratings have been soaring from their presidential election parodies this year.

Goodbye Obama, Hello Trump is a compendium of all that happened during the elections, with a comedic spin. Starring Reggie Brown as US President Barack Obama & Anthony Atamanuik as US Presidential-elect Donald Trump, this show also aims to celebrate the achievements of President Obama before he leaves office. ABOUT THE COMEDIANS: REGGIE BROWN

No stranger to the stage, Chicago native and actor/comedian Reggie Brown began his acting career at age six playing Dopey in a production of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. He began to develop a passion for impressionism at an early age, mimicking voices and gestures to entertain his friends and family. In his early professional years, Reggie dabbled in radio and voice over work.

After years of garnering attention for his uncanny physical resemblance to Barack Obama, he worked long and hard to develop his impression of the 44th Commander in Chief and has since deservedly earned the moniker the “Comedian in Chief”. Reggie has traveled all over the world performing both comedic and dramatic portrayals of his Presidential character and has been featured on every major media and news outlet. Reggie Brown has become known as one of the most successful impersonators in the world, having performed on countless stages including: Broadway, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Workaholics, The Today Show, Hannah Montana & many more!

ABOUT THE COMEDIANS: ANTHONY ATAMANUIK

New York based Anthony Atamanuik has been writing, performing, and producing comedy for over twenty years. Anthony has been playing Donald Trump in live shows and on television since August 2015, in his highly praised original show, ‘Trump Dump’  

 

“Atamanuik's Trump imitation is not only perfect and riotously funny; it should be essential viewing for everyone." Judd Apatow.

 

The character grew out of an improvised bit one night during UCB’s long-form improv show “ASSSSCAT 3000” and has taken him across US & Europe in the year-plus since. He also teamed up with comedian James Adomian for “Trump vs. Bernie,” a debate-format live show that the pair have toured across the States and Europe.He has appeared on Adult Swim's "Fat Guy Stuck in Internet", Late Night with Conan O'Brian, The Reggie Watt's Live at Central Park Comedy Central Special, Todd Barry's Comedy Central Special, Dinner With Friends with Brett Gelman and Friends, Broad City and 30 Rock.

GOODBYE OBAMA, HELLO TRUMP will be a two segment, one-of-a-kind original comedy show, that has never been done before in Asia. The first segment will highlight President Obama’s time in the office, while the latter will be the transitioning of the commander in Chief in 2017.
